Vision: Indian Young Professionals, being part of global transformation, while transforming themselves participating in global dialogue.

Mission: Participating in capacity building, causing opportunities & wealth creation in India.

Purpose: It is to celebrate young professionals commitment in the area of socioeconomic entrepreneurship and international cooperation.  It will mobilize young professionals in India & United States, in partnership for implementing projects addressing the UN’s millennium development goals.  (MDGs translated in Marathi)

It will provide a platform to enhance the capacity for decision taking of Indian Young Professionals by creating new partnerships with different stake holders that impact their very livelihoods.

It will also address issues related to creating similar opportunities for their growth and development and for their participation in dialogues for international cooperation. 

To facilitate the implementation of projects developed by members to address the issues of concern in India.

To promote recognition of, mobilize and enhance the capacity of Indian Young Professionals internationally to provide leadership and take action on global issues.

To undertake research, international cooperation and advocacy in regards to issues identified by members as vital to India
